Bombas.ma uses Instagram and Facebook messages only to answer customers about their orders.

To delete the messages and profile information we keep about you, send "DELETE MY DATA" by Instagram DM to @bombas.ma, by WhatsApp, or by email to bombasmar3@gmail.com, with your Instagram username.

We delete your conversations and profile information within 30 days and confirm by message.

Order records required by law (invoices) are kept as long as the law requires.
